How can i track my order?
Orders received before 12pm on business days will be sent same day, orders made after will most likely be sent the following business day. We use Australia Post for most orders.
- We use Australia Post eParcel for the majority of our orders.
- We will email you the tracking details when we send your parcel.
- We pack most of our orders within 1 business day. We will contact you if there is a delay with your order.
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been packed. We will be posting through Australia Post.
You will be sent a confirmation email once order has been shipped with Tracking Code and Link, however you can track you order by clicking here,
When do you process my payment?
Payment will be processed at the check out. This will occur at confirmation point of your online order.
What if i am not at home at delivery?
The courier will leave your item in a safe location if you are not home. If the driver deems there to be no safe location, a "Calling Card" will be left and the parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office.
Returns and Exchanges
No exchange or refunds unless items are damaged in delivery. In the case of damaged goods you should receive refund or replacement item within 3 - 7 days. Photo of damaged good and supporting evidence may be required. Contact us here if required.
